% 04.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of the order dated 12.04.2016 passed by CFO & Chief (Legal and Regulatory) Competent Appellate Authority whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the disciplinary authority was dismissed.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the synopsis, it is mentioned that petitioner has filed an appeal on 12.03.2013 against imposition of penalty and the same is pending. However, inadvertently the petitioner has stated that the Appellate Authority has failed to consider and decide the appeal dated 12.03.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed on 12.04.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw

the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after mentioning complete facts.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
