% 30.11.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has made prayer before this Court as under:

"(i) consider the case of the petitioner for financial upgradation under Assured Career Progression Scheme dated 09.08.1999 w.e.f. 20.09.2002 and benefit under MACP Scheme dated 19.05.2009 w.e.f.20.09.2008."

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that an amount of Rs.4,82,124/- has been paid in terms of the prayer of the petitioner.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has received the amount as per the financial upgradation under Assured Career Progression Scheme, however, the interest part has not been received from

the respondents.

I hereby made it clear that petitioner has not sought any interest part in the prayer and whatever he has sought for has been paid to the petitioner. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
