% 31.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority. Leave and liberty granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. In case appeal is filed within two weeks, same shall be considered by the Appellate Authority without going into the question of limitation. It would be open for the petitioner to file an application for interim reliefs in the appeal. If any such application is filed, the same may be disposed of by the Appellate Authority expeditiously. order dated 25th February, 2015 passed in this writ petition, shall bind the parties.
