% 08.10.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that during the pendency of the present petition a Sole Arbitrator has been appointed by the petitioner in terms of the Arbitration Agreement between the parties. Taking note of the above fact, it is directed that the Interim Order dated 22.05.2018 shall continue for a further period of four weeks subject to any further or other order being passed by the Arbitrator on an appropriate application being filed by either party before the Arbitrator. It is made clear that the Arbitrator would be free to vacate/modify/ extend the Interim Order passed by this Court without being influenced in any manner by any observations made in the order dated 22.05.2018.
