% 06.01.2017 The present petition is filed for enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 24.02.2014. It is seen that the amount involved is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and accordingly, the petition is required to be transferred to the District Court.

In view of this, let the matter be transferred to the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge, (New Delhi District), Patiala Court, New Delhi as it is stated that the Judgment Debtor now shifted its office to Connaught Place.
