The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking parole on the ground of attending and arranging funds for performing last rites of his elder son who expired on 05.11.2015 as well as for maintaining social ties. 2.
Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.
Learned ASC for the State has drawn the attention of this Court to the nominal roll of the appellant wherein it is mentioned that as per order dated 06.11.2015 passed by Dy. Secretary (Home), GNCTD, the petitioner has been ordered to be released by Sentence Reviewing Board but the petitioner has not been released as he has not fulfilled the conditions for his release till date.

In the given circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner seeking parole is hereby rejected.

The writ petition is dismissed.

The Petitioner be informed through the Jail Superintendent about the order passed.
