1. The status report dated 5th July 2018 filed by the Station House Officer ('SHO') of Police Station ('PS') Malviya Nagar has been perused by the Court. Inter alia it is pointed out that the missing girl Anjali, who is a major, is in fact not missing and has been in contact with her parents, i.e. the Petitioner and her husband.

2. Anjali was traced by the police while travelling to Delhi from Jaipur by train. She informed the police that she left the Light Life Freedom NGO of her own free will and that she wants to live at her house in Jhakhalabandha, District Nagaon, Assam. Anjali is presently at the Nari Niketan, Nirmal

Chhaya, Hari Nagar, Delhi. She is present in Court today. When asked what she wishes to do, she informed the Court that she wants to return to Assam.

3. Counsel for the Petitioner requests that the Petitioner should be allowed to meet her daughter. The Petitioner is permitted to meet Anjali today evening at 4 pm in the presence of the Superintendent at Nari Niketan, Nirmal Chhaya, Hari Nagar, Delhi.

4. It is made clear that since Anjali is 21 years old, which fact is not in dispute, and has made it clear where she wants to reside, she cannot be restrained against her will in any manner whatsoever.

5. No further directions are called for in this petition. The petition is disposed of.

6. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
