% 27.02.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged unauthorized construction in a public park behind the petitioner's temple at Plot No. C-1 Marg, Janakpuri, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force set-up by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MHUA's) vidé Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 issued under directions of the Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
