O R D E R

By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground to establish ties and to meet the financial needs of the family. 2.

As per the status report the petitioner's family comprising of his wife, daughters-in-law and grandchildren is residing at E-16/989, Bapa Nagar, Karol Bagh, Delhi. Besides the petitioner, the three sons of the petitioner are also involved in FIR No.133/2011 and are in custody. Hence there is no male member to look after the family members. 3.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that Manish, son of the petitioner who was granted parole by this Court vide order dated 3rd August, 2016 has surrendered on 23rd September, 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release o his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner, through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
