FAO(OS) 89/2017 & CM No.11630/2017 (Stay) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. We make it clear that the learned counsel for respondent no.1 is present because he saw the matter in the cause list but he is fully ready with the matter. The other respondents are not contesting respondents.

After hearing the counsel for the parties, we feel that because the application of the appellants being IA No.15319/2016 for correction of a purported error in the order dated 06.09.2002 is pending before the learned single Judge and the next hearing has been fixed on 27.03.2017, no steps in execution should be taken against the appellants individually. This direction is only till the said IA No.15319/2016 is disposed of by the learned single Judge. We may make it clear that we are not interfering with the direction given by the learned single Judge in paragraphs 15 and 16 of the impugned order dated

27.02.2017. We are also making it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
