% 25.07.2017 Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that petitioner has already paid the settled amount, therefore, the respondent No.2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2, FIR No.445/2014 under Section 135 Indian Electricity (Amendment) Act, 2003 registered at P.S Sarita Vihar is quashed.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as infructuous. Misc. applications is also disposed of as infructuous.
