O R D E R

% 15.07.2016 The petitioner, by this petition, seeks parole for a period of three months to engage a counsel for filing a special leave petition before the Supreme Court and also to re-establish his social ties. The petitioner, who stands convicted under Sections 302/394/394/307/201/506 II IPC has been sentenced to life imprisonment and he has undergone 9 years of incarceration.

Learned counsel for the State states that the address of the petitioner has been verified. The jail conduct of the petitioner has been found to be satisfactory. It appears that he has earlier not applied for parole. In the circumstances, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is

directed to be released on parole for a period of one month for the purpose of filing the special leave petition in the Supreme Court and re-establishing his social ties. He shall furnish a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. He shall report to the Incharge of the police station having jurisdiction over village Hariharpur, Post Saroli Ramnagara, Police Station Riga, Distt. Sitamadhi, Bihar, every Monday at 11 a.m. He shall duly surrender at the end of the parole period of one month from the date of his release.

The petition stands disposed of.
