A perusal of the paper book reveals that petitioner's representation dated 25th April, 2016 to the respondent-University has not been disposed of till date.

Consequently, present writ petition and application are disposed with a direction to respondent-University to decide the petitioner's representation dated 25th April, 2016 within a period of three weeks.
