Bail Appln. 912/2016 As per order dated 29.09.2015 passed by this Court in Bail Appln. 1892/2015, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected with the liberty to approach this Court if during examination, PW3 does not support the prosecution case.

The admitted position is that the examination of PW3 is still to be done.

Consequently, the present application is dismissed being infructuous.
