HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH
O R D E R
% 04.05.2016 CM No.16352/2016 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
LPA 277/2016 & CM No.16351/2016 (stay) 1.
The petitioner in W.P.(C) No.3340/2016 is the appellant before us. The said petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order of the respondent No.1 dated 23.03.2016 constituting one scrutiny and one recommendation committee in the five districts of Delhi for expeditious disposal of pending applications under the scheme 'Large Scale Acquisition, Development and Disposal of Land in Delhi'.
2.
By the order under appeal, the learned Single Judge while directing the respondents to file their counter affidavits within four weeks and rejoinder within 4 weeks thereafter, adjourned the petition to 27.07.2016. 3.
The present appeal is filed contending inter alia that the learned
Single Judge ought to have granted an interim order staying the operation of the impugned order dated 23.03.2016.
4.
Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the material available on record, we do not find any substance in the contention of the appellant/writ petitioner that the matter deserves an ad interim relief as prayed for.
Hence, the order under appeal warrants no interference.
5.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
