% 06.11.2017 The present revision petition under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short "Cr.P.C.") has been filed against the order dated 18.3.2017 passed by the learned Special Judge, CBI-2 (PC Act), District North West, Rohini Court, Delhi in Criminal Appeal No.31/16, P.S. Aman Vihar, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It is stated that the matter has been settled and the payment has already been made.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

In view of above, the petition and the pending application stand dismissed as withdrawn.
