% 07.01.2016 The plaintiff filed the suit for partition.

The valuation of the suit is Rs.1,00,00,000/- (share of the plaintiff is at Rs.50,00,000/-). In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Karkardooma (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 16th February, 2016.

As there is no appearance on behalf of the defendant No.1 or his counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the defendant No.1 as well as through counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs will also inform the learned counsel for the defendant No.1 about the orders passed by this Court through Regd. post. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
