O R D E R

% 23.05.2018 Status report has been submitted on behalf of the State in relation to the averments made in para 10 of the application submitted by the applicant submitting to the effect that the mother of the applicant is unwell and the doctor of Babu Jagjivan Ram Memorial Hospital had opined the carcinogenic block and needs operation of his mother and there is no one to take care of the mother of the applicant.

Status report on record and also the order dated 14.05.2018 of the learned ASJ/Special Judge (NDPS), North, Rohini, Delhi indicates that the mother of the applicant had been hospitalized and discharged on 08.05.2018 and is getting treatment. It is also borne out from the status report on record, which indicates that the applicant's mother is required to be taken up to the Max hospital for check-up every month. documents of the mother of the applicant have been verified and the status report indicates that the petitioner has two sisters, who are looking after the mother of the applicant turn by turn and they have incurred an expenditure of Rs.1,02,000/-, which money was arranged through borrowing from the near relatives and known persons and that there are neighbours who are looking after the mother of the applicant.

In reply to the specific Court query, it is submitted on behalf of the State that there are no previous antecedents against the applicant. In the interest of justice, the applicant is allowed to be released on interim bail for the period from 28.05.2018 to till 07.06.2018 subject to the appellant furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court and subject to the conditions that he shall not leave the city without the permission of the learned Trial Court, shall not intimidate the witnesses in any manner, shall not make any contact with the complainant and shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail, Delhi on 07.06.2018 at 4.00 p.m. The report of the surrender be submitted by the Superintendent Jail, Delhi on 08.06.2018 on record and be also verified by the State. Copy of the order be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
