% 22.08.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.114/16 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at Police Station Krishna Nagar. Status report is on record.
(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 06.05.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Status report reveals that the petitioner has since BAIL APPLN. 923/2016
joined the investigation. Status report further reveals that the prosecutrix was a married lady having seven years old child. She joined the Gym being run by the petitioner. Familiarity developed between the two and physical relations took place several times. When the complainant came to know that the petitioner was having an affair with another girl, she lodged the FIR. (3) Status report further reveals that DD No.27 B dated 3.3.2016 was recorded by the complainant stating that she was pressurized by two unknown persons to implicate the petitioner in a false case. (4) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.
(5) The bail application stands disposed of.
