O R D E R

% 28.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 39/2018 under Sections 498A/406/377/34 IPC registered at PS Malviya Nagar.

Petitioner is the husband of Ms. Asmeena who in the FIR alleged that after her marriage to the petitioner on 18th April, 2008 she was harassed by the petitioner, her mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-inlaw mentally and physically for demand of more dowry. She further alleged that she was pressurized and beaten by the petitioner who demanded ₹10 lakhs and bullet motor cycle and also attempted to have unnatural sexual intercourse. She alleged that her jewellery was snatched by her mother-inlaw and sister-in-law forcibly. BAIL APPLN. 1119/2018

The petitioner has already joined the investigation and to show his bona fide he has deposited a sum of ₹1 lakh in the name of minor child, Ashnoor, with the Registrar General of this Court. The said amount be kept in a fixed deposit by the Registrar General in auto renewal mode. Petitioner who is present in Court also undertakes that he will continue to pay the maintenance as fixed by the learned Trial Court and as varied time to time.

Petition is accordingly disposed of directing that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit.

Petition is disposed of.
