% 17.02.2016 The application under Section 151 CPC moved on 10.05.2014 for premature release of the FDRs was dismissed by the Tribunal by order dated 30.07.2014 on the ground it was not supported by any documents and hence was unmerited. It is noted that vague pleas were taken with regard to the loan, without even specifying the amount taken, the marriage of two of the claimants without specifying the schedule or the finance required for such purposes, need for expenditure on account of house requiring repairs without specifying the description of the property or the state in which it has been put or the amount of finance required for such purposes etc. The counsel for the petitioner agrees that after the apportionment of the award, the rights and contentions of each of the claimants have to be dealt with separately. He is give opportunity, as now prayed, to move separate applications for

premature release of the FDRs, if required, setting out the requisite particulars and duly supported by requisite proof before the Tribunal which shall take a fresh decision on such requests as and when made.
