% 27.03.2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.K. Yadav and Mr. Parvesh Thakur, the learned counsels who accepted notice for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 respectively as well as Mr. Arun Bhardwaj, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.4. Having regard to the nature of the issues sought to be raised in the writ petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the issues raised in this writ petition treating the same as a representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law in case the allegations are found to be true.

The action taken/proposed to be taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within 8 weeks from today.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
