CONT.CAS(C) 348/2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging noncompliance of order dated April 25, 2018. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents on advance notice states that the order has been complied with within time period stipulated in the order. He has placed before me a copy of the Office Memorandum dated May 02, 2018 whereby the respondents have decided the petitioner's requests for re-setting the

petitioner's personal data. A copy of the same has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner as well.

Mr. Sanjay Sehrawat, learned counsel for the petitioner states, the said Office Memorandum is on the basis of self contained order received by the respondents from the Government of Bihar. The petitioner neither received the Office Memorandum nor the self contained order from the Government of Bihar. The learned counsel for the respondents state that a further copy of the Office Memorandum along with the order received from the Government of Bihar shall be given to the petitioner, if he visits the office of Mr. Chilukoti Ravi, Deputy Director (TC), Directorate General of Training during the course of the day. Mr. Sehrawat states, the petitioner shall visit the said officer during the course of the day. If that be so, the Office Memorandum along with the copy of order of the Government of Bihar shall be given to the petitioner.

The contempt petition is closed.
