Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1.
Respondent nos. 2 and 4 are present in Court along with their counsel, who accepts notice. These private respondents have been identified by SI Yogesh Kumar of police station Preet Vihar. Respondent no. 3 is minor, therefore, he is being represented through his father, that is, respondent no. 4. Respondent nos. 2 and 4 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, they have no objection in case FIR No. 401/2015 under Sections 354B/323/509 IPC registered at police station Preet Vihar is quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and private respondents voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
