The matter has been taken up today for hearing as per the directions of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

No one has appeared for the petitioners today as well. Learned APP for the State has pointed out that the petitioners have assailed the impugned order dated 12.03.2010 passed by the learned MM, whereby on taking cognizance of offence under Sections 411, 467 and 471 of the IPC, the petitioners have been ordered to be summoned. 3.

Perusal of the record shows that on the filing of the present petition, a Status Report was directed to be filed and an interim order was passed. 4.

Although, the interim order is not specific as to whether it was pertaining to the stay of the criminal proceedings against the petitioners, but it has continued from time to time till 14.05.2012. Thereafter, the interim order has not been extended so much so that the matter has been put on the Regular Board and no appearance has been put on behalf of the petitioners. The matter was put on the Board for hearing on 08.10.2024, 19.11.2024, 26.11.2024, 04.12.2024 and 20.12.2024.

It appears that the parties have lost their interest in pursuing the present remedy.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed. All pending applications are also disposed of.
