% 18.01.2019 Ms. Iti Pandey, the learned counsel for the State submits that FSL report is still awaited apropos the examination of the Hard Discs of the computers seized from the petitioner. She assures the Court that should any incriminating evidence be found, a supplementary Chargesheet will be filed before the Trial Court.

In view of the above, the petition is not pressed at this stage. It is, accordingly, disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy, as may be available in law.
