% 01.09.2016 CS(OS) 2668/2011 Case file has been received back pursuant to order dated 19.08.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (East), KKD Courts, Delhi, whereby he was of the opinion that the present matter does not fall within the jurisdiction of that Court. Defendant no.1 is based at Jagriti Enclave, Vikas Marg Extn., Opp. Sainik Enclave, New Delhi - 110092. After checking from Delhi Govt. website, it transpires that the said area falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 02.03.2016 for transfer of the matter to East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
