% 02.08.2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the decision of the respondent banning the entry of the petitioner in India. The learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner was put on the black list; however, by virtue of the decision of the Review Committee taken on 01.06.2017, the petitioner's name has been removed from the black list.
In view of the same, the petitioner's grievance does not survive any longer and the petition is disposed of.
