% 04.07.2018 The missing daughter of the petitioner Urmila has been located and produced before the Court today. The petitioner is also present. Urmila states that she wishes to return to live with her parents. Accordingly, we direct the IO concerned to ensure that Urmila is able to safely return to her residence today itself.

It is informed that Urmila is presently housed in Nirmal Chhaya. The IO should facilitate the petitioner and her daughter to collect the belongings of Urmila from Nirmal Chhaya today itself.

The petitioner and Urmila are free to take such other remedies as are available to them in law.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
