% 06.05.2016 The learned counsel for the alleged contemnors states that the construction of the road, which is complained of and photographs of which have been placed at pages 55 to 57, is not being done by the PWD department.

This statement has been made on instructions from Mr Bishamber Das, Executive Engineer North Roads, PWD. The activity of making the road is perhaps being done by some other agency.
