Mr. KK Mishra, Office Superintendent of Lease appears before the Court and states that the Railways have not yet issued a fresh tender in relation to the leasing space in 3.9 tones FSLR-I (LHB Compartment) so far.

Mr. Preet Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that a speaking order, in terms of the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 06.04.2018, has already been passed and a copy thereof, shall be supplied to the petitioner during the course of the day.

In view of the foregoing, Mr. Ashish Mohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this proceeding at this stage.

The petition is dismissed as not pressed and disposed off accordingly.
