% 06.05.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed that respondent no. 1 be directed to comply with the sealing order dated 23rd June, 2015 in respect of the basement of property bearing no. 17 Eastern Avenue, Maharani Bagh, New Delhi. Sealing order has been annexed as Annexure P-3. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has appeared on service of advance copy of the petition. He submits that further action, pursuant to the order dated 23rd June, 2015 (Annexure P-3), will be taken, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. In
