% 04.10.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties state that, they have arrived at an amicable understanding, as regards the visitation of their minor daughters namely, Ishanika and Akshra.

The understanding is contained in a joint statement made on their behalf before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, South, Saket, New Delhi on 03.10.2018. A copy of the said joint statement is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties state that, the present proceeding may be disposed of in terms thereof. In view of the foregoing, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the parties to comply with the terms of their joint statement dated 03.10.2018, without demur.
