Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to move an application before the Trial Court to summon the witnesses to disprove the documents qua which the petitioner has raised objection before the Trial Court and the Trial Court may decide the same as per law.

Learned SPP for the respondent though objected to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, but submitted that he has no objection in case the Trial Court decides any such application moved by the petitioner before it in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn

with the liberty as prayed for. The petitioner may move an application before the Trial Court as stated hereinabove within ten days and the Trial Court may decide the same in accordance with law. CHANDER SHEKHAR, J SEPTEMBER 18, 2019/rk
