% 11.07.2017 Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that as the Decree Holder has not been able to trace out any further assets of the Judgment Debtor, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the court in case the Decree Holder is able to trace out assets of the Judgment Debtor.

In view of the above, the execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to Decree Holder as prayed for, subject however to the law of limitation.
