None appears for the plaintiff. The same has been the position for the last many dates.

The Order dated 27.02.2023 passed by the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial) records as under:
"Perusal of the previous orders of the Hon'ble Court reveals that the erstwhile counsel for defendant had informed to the Hon'ble Court that defendant had expired on 21.10.2022, but he was not aware of the legal heirs of deceased defendant. Plaintiff had sought time for filing appropriate application for impleadment of legal heirs of deceased defendant.
However, despite grant of various opportunities, plaintiff has not taken any steps for impleadment of legal heirs of deceased defendant and plaintiff is not appearing since the last date.
This is a suit for specific performance in which there was only one defendant. Matter was at the stage of final arguments when defendant had expired. Long time has passed from the date of death of defendant, as mentioned in the previous orders.
