% 16.05.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking directions to respondents to appoint inquiry officer for taking disciplinary actions against the erring officials.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner made complaints dated 29.10.2015, 05.01.2016 and 10.01.2016, however, no action has been taken by the respondents till date. Mr. Sandeep Prabhakar, Advocate appearing on advance notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 submits that complaints of the petitioner dated 29.10.2015, 05.01.2016 and 10.01.2016 shall be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from today.
Mr. Rajender Kumar Uppal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the aforesaid and the petition as well
as application may be disposed of.
In view of the submissions made by counsel for the parties, the present petition and application are disposed of with directions to the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to consider the complaints of the petitioner dated 29.10.2015, 05.01.2016 and 10.01.2016 within a period of eight weeks from today in accordance with law and the decision thereof be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
