O.M.P. (E) 1/2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') praying for issuance of summons for appearance to the below mentioned witness along with the relevant record:

"The Enquiry Officer, EOW, Delhi Police or any other officer from EOW, Delhi Police or any other officer in whose custody the original agreement to sell dated 07.08.2014 and other documents are lying, to produce the original Agreement to Sell and other documents seized vide seizure memo dated 10.07.2017."

The Sole Arbitrator, vide his order dated 19.04.2018 has allowed the petitioner to seek assistance of this Court in summoning of the witness.

Having perused the contents of the petition, let summons be issued to the above named witness for his appearance before the Sole Arbitrator at D127, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi-110017 on 14.07.2018 at 11.00 a.m. with the abovementioned records.
