% 06.05.2016 CS(OS) 2947/2011 Defendant no.3 has admitted the case of plaintiff in her written statement, which is clear from the order dated 29.11.2013. Summoned witnesses i.e. i) Mr. Lalit Kumar Layan, AZI/AKC Deptt., 16, Rajpur Road, Civil Line Zone, ii) Mr. Harish Kumar, LDC/ SGTN/CLZ/North MCD, Sameypur Badli, Delhi-42 & iii) Mr. R. N. Shambal, Divisional Manager, DSIIDC, No-36, Bambey Life Building, Connaught Place, Delhi are present for ex-parte evidence on behalf of plaintiff but are discharged un-examined for today only. Learned counsel for plaintiff has submitted that the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned Central Distt., Tis Hazari Courts having pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, (Central) (Headquarter), Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 13.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
