The present criminal appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 372 of Criminal Code of Procedure against the impugned judgment dated 11th July, 2011 passed by the trial court, whereby the Respondent No. 2 - Harun Rashid had been acquitted from the charges framed against him for the offences punishable under Sections 376/420 of Indian Penal Code. 3.
