% 21.05.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, states that refunds for four quarters of 2015-2016 have been issued. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been furnished copy of the said orders. Payments, if not made, would be made in terms of the said orders, within 15 days. Order, on the question of interest has also been passed and copy of the said order has also been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner, if aggrieved, will be entitled to challenge the refund orders, including the order on the question of interest in accordance with law.

Recording the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of, without commenting on merits. CM No.21074/2018 is also disposed of.
