% 31.10.2018 Impugned order of 22.12.2017 passed by respondent de-affiliates petitioner.
Counsel for petitioner submits that Communication of 29.05.2018 shows that after passing of impugned order, respondent has conducted inspection in respect of some other institutes. Upon hearing, I find that it would be in fitness of things if inspection in respect of petitioner's premises is also conducted like it has been done in case of others.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the inspection of the said premises would be conducted within eight weeks, subject to petitioner completing all formalities.
W.P. (C) 5184/2018
The petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to complete necessary formalities within a period of four weeks, thereafter within a period of eight weeks the inspection of the said premises be conducted by respondent. A copy of inspection report be supplied to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. Needless to say, the aspect of deaffiliation of petitioner's institute be re-considered after the inspection is carried out by respondent.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE OCTOBER 31, 2018 p'ma W.P. (C) 5184/2018
