% 26.10.2016 The present writ petition was filed inter alia with the prayers for providing shelter and rehabilitating to the petitioner and for registration of FIR against respondent Nos. 4 to 7.

Initially the petitioner was shifted to the hostel of YWCA however she voluntarily left the hostel and shifted to her house at 221, Masjid Moth, Near South Extn. Part-II, New Delhi where she is residing for the last more than 6 months. The petitioner had lodged a complaint with PS New Usmanpur with regard to harassment caused to her however later she stated that she does not wish to get the FIR registered on the said complaint. The investigating officer SI C.B. Sharma and W/SI Sushmita from PS New Usmanpur are in regular touch with the petitioner to whom their mobile phone numbers have also been provided. The petitioner has now no

apprehension which fact is also stated by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the fact that nothing survives in the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
