% 20.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the unauthorised construction stands removed, but, a temple with make shift arrangement still exists there.

During the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the parties agree that as regards the subject of temple with make shift arrangement in existence at the site, the matter may be referred to the Religious Committee constituted by the respondent No.1.

It is ordered accordingly.

Should the petitioner be aggrieved of the decision taken by the Religious Committee in the matter, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again.

It is expected of the Religious Committee to dispose of the subject matter expeditiously.

The petition stands disposed of.
