WP (C) No. 3887/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that demolition order has already been passed by the respondents on 28th August, 2016 and petitioners have filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD. In view hereof, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition since alternative remedy against the impugned order is available, inasmuch as, has been availed. Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the Appellate Tribunal, MCD to decide the interim application of the petitioners on the date fixed, that is, 30th May, 2016. A.K. PATHAK, J.
