Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.15/2017 initially under Section 363 IPC. Subsequently, Sections 342/506/34 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act have been added, Police station Najafgarh. 2.

It is informed by the learned APP that out of 12 witnesses, 7 have already been examined and only 5 witnesses who are official/formal witnesses are remaining.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that this petition be disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the completion of the trial. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the recording of the testimony of prosecution witnesses within a period of three months from the next date before the Trial Court. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5.
