Learned proxy counsel for learned Additional Standing Counsel for State accepts notice.

By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to find a suitable match for himself and to re-establish social ties. The petitioner also challenges the communication dated 21st February, 2018 dismissing the application of the petitioner seeking parole on the grounds as noted above.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that immediately after the petitioner's application seeking parole was rejected on 21st February, 2018, he was released on furlough by this Court on 23rd February, 2018 till 9th March, 2018.

Furlough having been granted after the rejection of the application for parole, this Court finds no ground to modify the order dated 21st February, 2018 for grant of parole to the petitioner at this stage. 6.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
