The petition impugns the order dated 22nd March, 2016 of assessment of property tax of a flat admeasuring 5273 sq. feet of first floor of multistoreyed building known as Hansalaya Building, New Delhi. 2.

Upon it being put to the counsel for the petitioner that how, in view of the statutory remedy of appeal before the Additional District Judge (ADJ) being available, this petition is maintainable, the counsel after some hearing withdraws the petition keeping all contentions raised herein open and if need be to come up before this Court with respect to the orders, if any of the ADJ. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
