Bail App.No.1127/2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.189/2018 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at PS New Ashok Nagar.

In the complaint the prosecutrix alleged that the petitioner continued having relationship with the prosecutrix for nearly 5 years. The petitioner even took her outside Delhi after speaking to her brother and stating that he would marry the complainant and never ditch her. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court finds no ground to grant anticipatory bail.

Petition is dismissed.
