% 16.05.2018 There is an office objection regarding the territorial jurisdiction. Impugned order of 28th March, 2018 (Annexure P-1) has been issued from Ahmedabad and petitioner's son is also studying in Ahmedabad. The Guidelines governing transfer have been issued from Mumbai by second respondent. The first respondent, located within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court is the nodal agency of second respondent which has been created by an Act of Parliament and is not a subsidiary of the first respondent. In view of the aforesaid, this petition and applications are disposed of, with liberty to petitioner to avail of the remedy by approaching the Court of competent territorial jurisdiction.
